In Japanese it can be written as 'たすかる' or '助かる'..The meaning of this word can be interpret as 'being saved' or 'being blessed' by something..it's also can be use when someone is 'saved' from a harmful or dangerous situation.. In this case the viewers is 'being blessed' by Miyabi deep voice since we rarely heard it.. U also can often see this word when the Vtuber sneeze.. Where the EN usually said 'bless you'..
