There was a moment in the Cellar where I was thinking...I wonder what inspiration Zola is getting from this experience? Your Evening dress was ridiculously beautiful. I wanted to live and die in the SOP en Brood Kamer
My eyes literally lit up as I walked through that root cellar, so beautiful... the entire experience was so inspiring - I’m definitely making my own Kalahari preserves soon! 😃 And yes, the “sop en brood” room was heavenly - I ate my body weight in mosbolletjies and soup 😄

I also love the idea of family-style eating where you help yourself to things on the table and form your own “plate” of food, so this was definitely up my alley - I really enjoyed it 😊
