Three major bodies, the Australian National Imams Council, the Alliance of Australian Muslims and the Australian Muslim Advocacy Network, have demanded the government revise Australia's anti-terrorism laws, saying they currently 'target specific communities'. They also say they were not consulted before the raids, and questioned the process that led to the arrest and charging of the teenagers. The arrests come amid an ongoing investigation into the 16-year-old who allegedly stabbed Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel at the Assyrian Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley
