Children arrested by counterterrorism police in raids across Sydney | ABC News

There's been a major counterterrorism operation across south-western Sydney. Seven young people have been arrested, and five others are being questioned after a series of raids.
Federal Police say they feared an attack "might ensue" and if so, it couldn't be prevented, so they acted today.
Authorities insist there is no threat to Anzac Day commemorations or the wider community.
The massive operation follows investigations into the terrorist attack at a western Sydney church last week.
