I sell this Manfrotto gear but know very little about all these things. This has been so educational as I am watching this after hours to teach myself

The best video about this, was looking on offset stud and how it is different with not with offset. On the whole internet I found only this one.

Super helpful, thanks! I'm hoping to mount a DSLR camera on the magic arm on the super clamp on a varipole. :D I guess might even be a good idea to have a ball head in between camera and magic arm to help with small angle adjustments? hmmmmm

I’m glad you found the video helpful. I have found it very helpful to have a ball head at the end of a magic arm to do minor adjustments.

You didn't include the 335AS (additional socket)

Unfortunately I didn’t have one available to me. Do you find the 335AS to be a useful piece of equipment that you use on a regular bases?
