@@EdBmusic1 it was my first time getting to see them yep ! Flew out to Vancouver from Winnipeg and stayed with my cousin. It was him and his girlfriend’s first time as well. We’ve been trying to set something up for me to come visit him for probably 8 years now and probably a year and a half ago decided we should plan it around a concert. As soon as the Stones tour was announced we texted each other saying well this definitely has to be it ! Tough to pick just one highlight, it was such an amazing show. Sympathy for Devil was incredible and has always been one of my favourites so that was great. And to have that as the way they bring Mick back out is super cool. And then Midnight Rambler was phenomenal, growing up my dad had all the Stones albums and I remember listening to the Hot Rocks CD a bunch as a young kid so Rambler was the first live Stones tune I’d ever heard. Getting to hear that in person was super cool. I’ll leave it to a top 3 because I can’t leave out Gimme Shelter and Chanel’s incredible vocals. Watching her and Mick play off each other was super cool as well.
Nice Trevor and love to read that you combined family trip with the concert. Finally seeing them with the memories from listening to Hot Rocks sounds good. Cheers
Yeah I really lucked out and it turned out to be the perfect trip and the final act of the whole trip was The Stones. Couldn’t think of a better way to cap it all off !

Still amazed when Keith rips into the solo during Bitch,and I have to say that I’ve herd this song live on a few more recent tours and they sound better and bring the energy and looseness of the original move now then they did in say the late 80’s and early 90’s

I don’t know who the guy is that introduces the band at the intro of every show now but he’s got the perfect voice for it. I’ve been listening to his intros for months and I still get that electric jolt of anticipation up my spine every time. A good announcer is worth their weight in gold.
@@dmstewart66 ATL got Its Only Rock and Roll…and Happy. How can any stones concert omit those? No Sweet Sounds of Heaven in ATL either which is a terrible encore song.

Hate to say it but Vancouver got an underwhelming set list. Saw them in ATL in June and it was much better.
uh Bitch alone makes it one of the best setlists of the whole tour. There's nothing ATL got that was better than that.
