Some of my best memories are when I was 4 esp, My mum making me Angel Delight, watching Cartoons like: He-Man, Thundercats, Danger Mouse, The Centurions amongst many other cartoons! My mum dropping me off at primary school with my A-Team lunch box 😎 etc
I remembered Philip Schofield always mentioned liking Downtown by Petula Clark on national tv back in the late 80s and may have influenced a record company to re release it with a remix of it. Nonetheless it became a top ten hit in the U.K.
Great music. I was 11. So many re-issues of old hits. Looking forward to many more videos.
Thanks For Sharing!
That Sandie Shaw clip is from The Chart Show, a U.K. music tv programme that was broadcast between 1986 and 1998.
I was 4 years old when theses songs were in the charts.

Such an exciting era! I was 17, just left school and started working in London, which was also the “yuppie” era 😅

Not the best of the 80's indeed
I wonder whether the Femme Fatale song is an innuendo about a male organ 😮
Far too many good songs failing to make the Top 40
