Another great video Aaron, I have been slowly working my way through your videos. I am not sure if any of the mill manufacturers have a metal detector built in or not I have never used or operated a mill before although a few other channels use a handheld metal detector and walk around scanning the entire surface of the logs it may be a worthwhile investment possibly? Nice tutorial on changing out the blade Sir. on to the next video :)

Yep. Metal detector is on the list of things to purchase. Looking for the right one. Any suggestions?

@@homesteadNH Hey Aaron apologies for late reply, I dont have any knowledge of them and what is good versus not good. I did however go and find a link which I emailed you, I hope it helps. I wished I had more expertise on these things the great thing is if you purchase one you can use it on the peach for some treasure hunting 😂

Never apologize! I know I am busy everyday shooting new content and working on projects. I looked into the metal detectors and have decided on one. I will make a video when it arrives. Thanks for the great comments!

Metal detector? The saw maker didn’t suggest that as accessory #1 ?

Does any manufacturer recommend that as accessory #1? I have never seen it in any documentation.

Would it be easier or faster if two people were putting on the blade? Or is it one man job?

It’s a one person job. Not hard at all.
