  • Chain wrench - another name for chain tongs - a pipe wrench used for turning large pipes; an adjustable chain circles the pipe with its ends connected to the head whose teeth engage the pipe.
    This is 3kg chain wrench from MCC Professional Tools, It costs 15$, I bought from recycle shop 5$/kg.
    Features:
    -Ideally designed for use in close quarters.
    -One piece forged alloy steel handle & jaw provide ratchet-like action.

    Nice video!
    Finally a restoration channel with common hand tools. Most restoration channels sand-blast everything, lathes, CNCs..etc (they are great of course, but not everyone has their tools).

      @@merviramazanov9332 Распространен в бурение, для соединения труб на резьбовом соединении, это еще ключ маленький, но тоже молодец, где другие трубные ключи(ктр,ктш,ктгу,халилова и т.д.) сдаются.

    Holy crap! Finally! Someone who actually gets into all the small places!! Please tell me you also get into the eyes of axe heads and linseed oil the ENTIRE handle from top to bottom before hanging? People miss that all the time and act proud while rust slowly starts to eat the inside of their axe heads again...

    Wonderful. Maybe consider blackening the tool instead of painting. I have the impression that the paint comes off easily when working with the tool.

      I've seen people using gun-blue or heating it up and spray it with WD40. Well at least for steal.

    These restoration videos are quickly becoming something I watch on a daily basis. Honestly very relaxing. Keep it up 🤙. Also, I know you speed up most of these a teeny bit, and I don’t know how often you upload; but I would be interested in seeing at least one video a month where it just regular speed.
