Really like this. Just two things I'd fix. Switch laundry and entry. I wouldn't need such a large laundry but would like it closer to bedrooms and entry closer to the kitchen to carry groceries in.
Love the entrance, love the living room, love the kitchen w/ honeycomb between the cabinets and cupboards and marble top, the bathroom with the honeycomb style and stucco tile, love the laundry room, love the master bedroom w/ bathroom and the honeycomb look and the closet, love both bedrooms ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Love the layout and design and design detail of this house 🏠 the colors are beautiful and well appreciated especially with the fact of the home having a lot of white interior involved and it's in my my opinion the perfect match with the exterior going on with the basically same color scheme concept love the fact that it's well built and made exteriorly and interiorly very stable and sturdy looking i absolutely love cottages so for my taste it would be well appreciated especially with the bathrooms and especially top notch master bedroom 🎉😅

Kitchen is technically a decor type of thing, any contractor can build out what you want interioriorly. It’s when you are adding or moving extra plumbing, wiring, additions like attached garage, brick to a wood home & so on is when you get into trouble. Personally, I would omit the laundry sink in favor of a deep chest freezer but would likely keep the plumbing, albeit slight moved, for a sprinkler system.
Don’t like the way the bathroom is for the other 2 bedrooms! Bed rooms too close for me, but then again i moved from a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, two half baths home. I’m spoiled i guess.

I like this home. I would lengthen the living/dining/kitchen room area.
I would extend the laundry room behind the kitchen area for the water heater/HVAC and a bit of storage. Other than that, VERY nice!!
