OMG!!!! This is the best house I’ve ever seen!! I’d expect to see this one in the most expensive place to live!! I love the outdoors sitting room, the wrap around porch, the master bedroom….. just enough space for my clothes, love the claw foot bath, the kitchen is amazing, love green in a kitchen, the dining area is gorgeous, the sitting room is fabulous, love the little reading nooks, there’s absolutely nothing I would change in this house, even the washer and dryer are stacked giving more room, but seeing as neither I or my sons drive, the triple garage could possibly become something else, or at least leave room for one car, the rest could be storage, for Christmas decorations, gardening etc. love it!
Love a wrap around porch and a log or stone/brick home! I do tend to spend more time on a back deck though. Love the open living space area and a great kitchen. Laundry area is fine if the dryer is vented outdoors. Bedrooms are also nice and the Master Suite is very nice. Love it’s storage space. Very nice livable home with most of what I’m looking for in a home.
This is a great house!!! Love the layout inside and out! My favorite part is the huge closet in the master bedroom and my second one is the big open concept in the front of the house. I think this has been well thought out. It's perfection!
The porches are attractive, and the living/dining/kitchen is all one space. There are ample cabinets for pantry use, and the master suite storage is extensive. Part of that huge garage could be remodeled into an accessory dwelling unit.
I'd like to see the ceiling raised to 12 ft. and the garage area raised high enough to add a couple of bedrooms ( jack & jill style with a game room. It wouldn't cost that much more either.😁
I love so much about this house…and yet there are things I don’t like at all. The outside living space is awesome! I love the kitchen and all the storage space. The master bedroom and closet…. The rest needs a bit of tweaking for me.
Two questions that I forgot to ask before, what’s behind the barn doors and why is the a roof window at the front of the house, didn’t see it anywhere inside. 😊
I like the house layout, but putting the garage at the back of the house is an odd choice. That will make the driveway situation very awkward, assuming you're pulling in from the front of the house where the road is likely to be. I'd rather see the garage on the side and the main outdoor living space out back.
I can honestly say there's only 3 things I like about this one. 1) Outdoor porch living area. 2) 3 stall garage. 3) Wrap around porch. The rest is a big NOPE. Edit: Almost forgot. How hot does it get with that fire going in the summer?
You have all the eye candy but what about the bones of the building? Where is the HVAC room? Where is the hot water heater? Modern homes have air tightness rules thus you need an HRV or ERV depending upon what part of the country you’re building in. You’re not going to put that stuff in the garage in a northern climate and there is no allowance for stairs to a basement.
Pull down stairs to the attic from the garage. Plenty of room for an enclosed mechanical room up there. You can also heat/cool the garage with a mini split.
I absolutely love the design of this house until you reached the master bedroom. Bedrooms should never open directly into common living spaces. Bedroom and bathroom should always have a hall way. No one’s wants to wake up in the morning and open their door and there be people warring fur yiu

ok, you had me with the porch, then the fireplace on the porch🎉, then the master bedroom. Wow!

This plan hits all the sweet spots, including a massive garage for my husband!

This house rings every bell for me. Just beautiful with a great layout. I am in love with this.

Muito bonita 😍
Where does the dryer vent?
Where is the water heater and HVAC at?
How can we identify the cost of construction and materials?
Music?

I have one question... When can I move in?
Love the house but absolutely dislike maybe even hate TVs over fireplaces!
Красиво, но мне не нравится, что спальня примыкает к гаражу
It's nice but don't care for kitchens in the front & walking in the front door into dining room. Do like the Size of living room.

I was wondering about hvac also but for hot water I assumed it was a instant water heater kinda thing

Your opinion. I like it.
Why not? A downstairs bathroom can open into a front entrance, but nobody says it’s wrong, the master bedroom is just that, a bedroom!
