    Who is the person you need to contact in order top get a yes or no? Property manager? Commercial real estate agency?

      It will vary with every company. That is the challenge with most companies that buy security guard services, it falls into different departments under different people: Purchasing agent, property manager, facility manager, chief information officer, etc.

      Ryan Soptak great question. It will take a little networking. You probably have some people in your current network who can help get you connected. You could also always try LinkedIn or even attending some networking events where the ppl you want to talk to go.

    Is it right to hire a pitch manager when starting a new business ?

      That is an expensive proposition in the first few years. Usually the owner has to be the primary salesperson the first couple of years.
