Van Life Scotland - Exploring the Lost Valley

Took a trip up to Scotland in Kirk (my ford transit custom campervan). Stayed overnight in an are called Glen Etive. Cooked up some grub, got up early and set off to find the Lost Valley of Glencoe. It was epic.... had it all to myself. On the way back home stopped off in a Campsite in Ayrshire.

It always seems like it when there is nobody about. Top tip for going anywhere like this, go early. On the way back down must have been about 3 coach parties of foreign tourists coming up 😂

The cow were one third of the size back in the days they kept them in the lost Valley.
Also I hope you walked to the end of the Valley and seen the burn (stream) disappearing into ground.

It’s like askin your missus when you’ve had a great meal, after she’s been slaving away over a hot stove “do you not cook my favourite anymore” 😂 On a serious note I was going on the bike to Dartmoor but decided against it. Weather, midges, kids of school, holiday times etc, plus this new Van is brilliant I’m lovin the comfort. You will have to hang until September 🏍 🏕 👍
