I get why the guy working construction got mad. Because the pharmaceutical rep, who he hit in what sounds like a road rage incident caused by the rep, then taunted him and said he should have gone to college and he could be making more money. JJ got this one wrong. She completely missed the class dynamics here. Working cclass people, and people doing working class jobs, are rightly insulted by these ignorant comments by supposedly educated people..

I think the defendant is projecting his own lack of self-esteem onto the plaintiff by reporting the nonsense he claimed the plaintiff had said to him.
