@QueenAnneBoleyn1536 * to remind that Anne wanted to reconsile with Mary while Mary did not want her as Queen which is COMPLETELY logical..I wouldn;t to if my mother was pushed away...I just believe that Henry Loved Anne a lot but his histeric obsession for a male heir won him!

Please if your only going to judge Anne on the media basis, watch another interpretation of her life in season 1 and 2 of 'The Tudors'.
I feel as if this movie (which was based on a book by Phillipa Gregory) cast a dark light on Annes life, pointing out only the bad things she did. What I love about Anne is that she was neither a saint or a sinner, and she didnt have a problem with that.
Also please know that this movie is fictional and shouldn't be used to draw on your opinion of someone.

@ryanhhcheung I recognise she wasn't a saint ..BUT it wasn't her fault and I am tired of people blaming her as regards Henry's separation from COA.Henry Had stopped visiting The Queen's bedchamber before his fall for Boleyn. Also Henry never chose to marry Catherine he had to!I do not say that he didn't love her at all,but I think he felt for the first time the feeling of being in love with Anne. Now as you say about princess Mary I ''hate'' Anne for treating her badly but again I have to re

yes...maybe she was just a young, fiery woman with ambition..a loving mother and obedient wife..but I wonder how she treated Princess Mary Tudor?

Natalie Portman was really great ...and she would be much greater had she played in an historical film about Anne!

Well look at it this way, King Henry didn't get a male heir like he wanted, he did get a son, but Edward only ruled for a little while, but got something way better a daughter named Elizabeth and he wouldn't notice. Men of that age...

Although I LOVE Natalie portman in this, this mopvie is completely inaccurate. Anyone that has a bad opinion of Anne Boleyn on the basis of this movie, is dead wrong. (btw, going by age and histroy, they said Mary should actually be the older one) I also wonder why people rip Anne Boleyn's name to shreds, and leave Henry whole. All of those accusations of incest, withcraft, false. Henry was looking for an excuse. Plus, if one part of it was true, what kind of sister would Mary be to rat her out?

@xCelticWoman The writer of the novel this movie is based off of put a lot of myth to spice up the story and make it more entrapping.

She is being executed because her husband King Henry VIII wanted to marry woman named Jane Seymour and because she did not give him a son, but a daughter. Because of this the King's men made up false allegations that she commited incest and adultry so she was put to death.
