I just slightly modified the loudness parameter on the breath, up and down in a sine-wave like pattern, to make it sound like a broken, shaky breath :)

Note with "br" as a lyric for AI voicebanks. For standard ones, if they support breaths (not all of them do) it's "br1" to "br4" and "brl1" to "brl4"
