i was shortlisted for hr round and there were more than 30 people on the bridge they categorised us on the basis of experienced and freshers which was fine the session was 4 hours long what led to my disappointment was that experienced people were interviewed for almost 15 minutes each and freshers were grouped together and it took them just 20 minutes to complete the interview session for all. I don’t understand what led to the failure of my candidature i pronounced the words correctly spoke well on the topic. Is this a biased selection or what i don’t understand. please if you have any answers for this

No longer under consideration does not means that you are not selected. It means that your hiring process is completed and now hiring team will review your interview feedback and they will contact you. Don't worry if you cleared the interview then they will send you offer letter and once you accepts it the status will changed to hired otherwise you will get regret mail. I was hired by amazon 4 times and every time after interview status changed to no longer under consideration but after sometime gets offer letter.
This time also I have given interview on July 1st for sps and next day my status was changed to no longer under consideration but on Friday I got feedback that I have cleared the interview and they sent me excel sheet to fill details and hopefully I will get offer letter next week.

Brother i have worked in amazon last year as a vcs associate in na region , i was living in delhi but was hired under up vcs, similarly this time as well there was no opening for delhi so i applied the same way for up , currently application under screening , will there b any issue since i am living in delhi.

sir the reason of asking this question is that i am from uttar pradesh but currently living in Maharashtra and given the interview on 10th of july and they said the process starting from 22nd july and also asked me ( do you have any maharashtra state id like adhar chaged address or any thing ) i replied with i don’t but i do have my rent agreement and electricity bill so they said u got to change address on adhar i said okay ) this is the reason i am waiting for email of confirmation so i can go and change my adhar card address …..otherwise there will be no mean to change my address hometown to rental adddress )

Brother i have worked in amazon last year as a vcs associate in na region , i was living in delhi but was hired under up vcs, similarly this time as well there was no opening for delhi so i applied the same way for up , currently application under screening , will there b any issue since i am living in delhi.

@@surajskumar233 Amazon offers vcs contract for only 6 months .. same I got last year at package of 3.5lpa but post 6 months it got extended 2 times and concluded in April.. I have my grad exams so I didn't apply again rightaway and now I saw the similar opening so I applied

sir the reason of asking this question is that i am from uttar pradesh but currently living in Maharashtra and given the interview on 10th of july and they said the process starting from 22nd july and also asked me ( do you have any maharashtra state id like adhar chaged address or any thing ) i replied with i don’t but i do have my rent agreement and electricity bill so they said u got to change address on adhar i said okay ) this is the reason i am waiting for email of confirmation so i can go and change my adhar card address …..otherwise there will be no mean to change my address hometown to rental adddress )
