  • This is a silent Vipassanā meditation, 45 minutes long, with a bell ringing every five minutes, and instructions on the screen. This video can help you develop and cultivate a daily meditation practice.

    When the bell rings it is a reminder to bring the mind back - to the body and the present moment. Breathing in - know you are breathing in. Breathing out - know you are breathing out. May you have a fruitful meditation.

    Thank you, just switched from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, legs got numb but I will persevere, much appreciation to the team for putting these together, I can't imagine doing it any other way

    My body aches, my mind veers, I practice daily, search and search. Wishing & wanting.. this self is paying attention to this self as it breathes. When I’m done for the day, all that’s left is “Thank you “

    I don't mind the bell . as it brings my mind back . I even know when three bells are coming . which signals. The end of the meditation

    Could you please make a 45 and 1 hour GUIDED VIPASSANA? The same type we would get when attending a vipassana meditation centre (or retreat). THANK YOU! Love your channel 🙏🧘‍♀️

      I found a way around this. Add the guided 15 mins + 30 mins in a playlist and play them together. Hope that helps.

    Really nice. Could you please make video with bail ring with shorter period. eg every 2 minutes.? I fall sleep so wanted the bail sound to remind and be awake

    The gong disturbs me as I am obsessing about the time. Can Vipassan be done without gong every 5 mn ?

      The gong is sounded to bring our attention back to the moment through consciously identifying breath or bodily sensation. Our mind easily wanders and the role of the bell is to bring us back to the moment. Being conscious of your breath and /or bodily sensations brings your mind back into the moment - which is the most powerful part of the exercise. If you are obsessing about anything - bring your attention back to the breath.
