When the bell rings it is a reminder to bring the mind back - to the body and the present moment. Breathing in - know you are breathing in. Breathing out - know you are breathing out. May you have a fruitful meditation.

I do change the position .when I get tired or pain in my Body✌️
My body aches, my mind veers, I practice daily, search and search. Wishing & wanting.. this self is paying attention to this self as it breathes. When I’m done for the day, all that’s left is “Thank you “

I found a way around this. Add the guided 15 mins + 30 mins in a playlist and play them together. Hope that helps.
Really nice. Could you please make video with bail ring with shorter period. eg every 2 minutes.? I fall sleep so wanted the bail sound to remind and be awake

The gong is sounded to bring our attention back to the moment through consciously identifying breath or bodily sensation. Our mind easily wanders and the role of the bell is to bring us back to the moment. Being conscious of your breath and /or bodily sensations brings your mind back into the moment - which is the most powerful part of the exercise. If you are obsessing about anything - bring your attention back to the breath.
Without the gong going off, I will fall asleep in fifteen minutes.
