    Day 2/30 (and beyond): did the full 15 minutes and feel genuinely refreshed. I kept getting distracted every 30 seconds and had to refocus. I realize this is the point, but it’s crazy how easily distracted we get naturally. I’m excited for the next 28 days.

    Amazing practice. Thank you for sharing. I recently watched a film here on RUclips about a group of Prisoners who took part (while in prison) in a vipassana course. What an amazing effect it had on those prisoners,some of which were on death row. 🥹 The film is called "The Dhamma Brothers Vipasanna Meditation" 🙏🌹🙏

    I've been practicing meditation for many years and all i could get is peace, knowledge and purpose, still I didn't know Vipassana.... now I will continue with vipassana because all the subtle sensations that arrive during each meditation, are transporting me to my inner permanent self.

    Its not my first day meditating but first day trying this video and I have to say it's much harder for me to do it without any music/background noise in the video, I sometimes forget I'm meditating (or supposed to be hah) Anyway I made a goal of meditating everyday this September, we will see how it goes 😌

    Thank you for posting this video, 0:02 it matches my 'mizaj' (?). A suggestion: please also post 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mins meditations. 30 mins practice is hard to keep focused (for me). Question: how do I know/determine that I have done the meditation right; or is it just a matter of feel? For example, what criteria did (the great teacher) Buddha had to choose people who did better than the others because meditation seems so internal? Thanks

    Recording Progress On 60 Minute Meditation Continuation from 45 Minute Meditation. 50 Days of Meditation Completed. Check below for summary of my progress. I wish you luck fellow meditators.

      Day 31: Done Day 32: Done Day 33: Done (I had done this one at night, do not recommend if you want to avoid falling asleep) Day 34: Done Day 35: Done Day 36: Break Day 37: Done Day 38: Done Day 39: Done Day 40: Done Day 41: Done Day 42: Done Day 43: Done Day 44: Done Day 45: Break (did some reflection on meditation in my journal, and fell asleep for 4hrs) Day 46: Done Day 47: Done Day 48: Done Day 49: Done From here on I’m going to record my progress in my notes app. Day 50 (Summary) Summary: My mood swings have stabilized, and whenever I am emotionally disregulated I can pull myself together much more quickly. My focus and attention is much better, I catch myself ruminating much less frequently. I can recall information much better than I used to, this mindfulness practice also let me think a lot about how I want to organize my thoughts emotions and day. I’d say in general I’m calmer and attentive than I used to be, even in stressful situations I find myself less reactive than I typically am. I also practice self compassion a lot more I’m no longer my own worse critique which is big for me. (I had a lot of perfectionist tendencies before I started.) That concludes my self report hope all meditators have a good practice. Be patient with yourself always, you will fail more often than you will succeed, needless to say you will see the changes take place in time.
