- Welcome back to my 16-day South America & Antartica solo cruise on the NCL Star! Today is day 6 of 16 and the plan was to port at Punta Arenas, Chile, but things did not go as expected... follow along as I explain what happened and why we didn't make this port. The weather takes a turn and we start our slow cruise through the Strait of Magellan and view the incredible scenic Chilean Fjords. The views are amazing from the ship!

Nice videos you are posting . We were on Norwegian late January and missed Falklands but no other port. Paradise Bay was amazing and the whales came out in force. There where so many It was incredible. Have a nice time on your travels 🐣👍

I also missed the Chile port after waiting 95 days for the visa as I'm Australian. On board are professional eaters and talkers😅.
