Hello! thanks for watching! this is an asmr style guided meditation. Its one that I do all the time and find really works well for a lot of reasons. I only used video of myself for the intro because I think its important to keep your eyes closed and totally relax, however I did put some footage of sunflowers and butterflies from my yard last summer if you want something beautiful to look at. This also features a singing bowl sound healing session from my fiance Kayla aka Cosmic Tingles. Hope you like it! ps. I filmed the intro mad early in the morning so if I look sleepy its cause I was :)

You have the best voice for this, I absolutely love your meditation, i also love when you do that plucking, waving hands too, you really have a talent for therapy and healing in general, do more of these, meditation, energy sessions or similar, its simply so powerful like no one ive heard before and its only a video, when i saw your video in which you are waving and spraying with that bottle i felt everything in my core redistributed, this unusual feeling stayed with long after the video, you are really good and wish you all the happiness, thanks for all this

The numbers you called out, didn't appear in arabic numerals to me, but rather Roman numerals. Also, when I saw my name, it was written in Elder Futhark. Finally, the void showed me a snake pendant that I recognised the significance of. It was a wonderful experience. xx
