GG! You need a hose nozzle, which will make rinsing the products from your client's hair much easier. Also, it is recommended that you start detangling the hair from ends to the root .

This remind me of my hair when I use to cream it. Dandruff use to kill me and mi scratch it, then when I cream it pear bun mi get and it was unbearable when I was washing out the cream. Hello love. Pappy sister hair need castor oil on her scalp before processing and in between regular care with parting of the hair and greasing the scalp every other day in order to keep the scalp from dandruff build up like that. She scratch her head cause of the build up of dandruff and the cream or relaxer may be too strong.

Groung Gad, next time before you apply relaxer, you must apply protective gel or vaseline around the hairline , you should have part the hair in sections of 4, which makes it more manageable when you apply the relaxer. Also, to avoid burns and possible hair loss, you must be extremely gentle with the hair & you should not pull the comb through the hair while you apply the relaxer, and overlapping will cause damage to the hair as well.
@user you are absolutely right..i have also used olive oil and cotten balls to saturate entire scalp..gives a great perm.. i'd advise also nxt time you have client with the amount of dandruff your client had to not perm till she takes bttr care..i have never seen that in all my years of hair care..it really concerned me..as well as her facial breakout..Keep all things clean..👍
I also had a problem with dry scalp. Not sure the stylist here can tell me if i am wrong but I use a dermatologists reccomended shampoo and i use natural oils, which I mix myself in my hair: fennel seed, coconut oil, vitamin E, castor oil and a little peppermint oil to help with the itching. I no longer have a problem.

Tell Pappy's sister to wash orange and or lime skin, boil it, put a spoon of honey in the liquid, about a pint of water, once cool, use some of the liquid to wash her face, then wipe it with a very clean cloth and put a teaspoon full of coconut oil in her hand and rub it on her face. If she use vaseline, she should stop using vaseline until her skin clear up. The rest of the liquid she should keep in the fridge, make sure no one drink it. She should use it every day till her face start to clear up. The orange, lime and lemon act exfoliants, it means it clear the pores and the natural coconut oil helps to nuture the skin. Honey, btw has sone antibiotic properties. Also, when you do relaxing hair you need a wide or broad tooth comb to reduce the amount of hair breakage. So see if you can get some strong wide tooth combs of various sizes to help with hair.
Groung... You should not have put relaxer on the hair that was already processed. next time try not to overlap and apply to the new growth only. Coat the ends of the hair with conditioner to guide you.. also a neutralizing shampoo is needed after a relaxer. Just some pointers ..I know with time you will get better. ❤
My Girl, You should use the cape that you got from the subscriber to put around the clients with the towel & you use the apron to protect both of you from all the products & water #get a very good neutralizing shampoo for permed hair it rinse better, When the hair is like virgin/ thick roots use the wider teeth comb first it cause less hair breakage, sensitive scalp need to base/crease it first use oil spay or Vaseline whatever they have on the market those are your investments in your business for better results more client 1❤ bless up
You do need a neutralizing shampoo, to remove the relaxer residue, if you don't do that the relaxer will still be working and the hair will be overprocessed.

When relaxing the hair on the first parting you do not put the cream down on the scalp first you touch up to soften the hair and then after you can go bk through it again n then u can see the scalp ,forcing to part the hair will cause irritation of the scalp and cause burning.
