Adoroma currently has some used Jamo S809 for 119 and 139.
I was tempted to buy, but I went ahead and spent $337 for the Emotiva T0
Super cool that you actually had experience with both brands

Emotiva is changing speaker models which is why you got a great deal. If there are any speakers of the old style available they are excellent buys right now. I'm personally running a complete Emotiva 9.2 surround system which is amazing. The new line of speakers are a going to be even better too

I picked up a near brand new pair of T0+ for $150 off of FB Marketplace. They are incredible paired with an older Yamaha v300 series AVR. For that price the audio quality is unbeatable.

I have T2+, T1+, and T0+ in my home theater. It is quite hard to beat Emotiva unless you fancy speakers with different veneers and colors. The T0+ are the rear surrounds, and they work well back there. They are all being "hammered" by an Emotiva MR1 Integrated Amp/Processor, which is a beast. Anyhoo, they all have similar voicing/timbre and can disappear around me. I can't wait to install the Atmos in-ceiling speakers. I am expecting my new Emotiva XT2 speakers today for my stereo setup downstairs.

I am a music first person. This puts a demand on my system to switch with ease.
These speakers are fanatic. Timbre is true, very flexible, and when paired well with electronics, these speakers sing!
I encourage all to play with speakers' placement.
My main listening are: all forms of jazz, soul, funk, classic rock of 60-90s , reggae Ska, and an assortment of classical.
The attention to detail is exact without sucking the essence out of the music.
The speakers...in my assessment really are not afraid of much....especially with a quality subwoofer!!

Yeah, I also got in on the clearance of the refurbs discontinued on Emotiva. I have always had Emotiva Airmotiv monitors on my desk, so I already knew what I was getting into. The T1plus was around $450 for the pair. I tried a couple of amps and I ended up going powering them with AIYIMA A07 for $60 from Amazon. Yes, this amp created a deficit in the lows and anaemic mid range control. However, I put a sub woofer on each channel and it sounds good enough without breaking the power meter.

I'm snagging the T0+ soon with either a Yamaha A-S301 or the Wiim Amp, it depends on the pricing at the time that I need to snag the speakers. Pretty sure stock is dwindling, but I'm pumped to see the consistently good reviews.
Anyone have sub suggestions? I'd love the SB-1000 Pro but it's price is basically these components combined, I'd love to hit some lower frequencies at a cheaper price.
