Good vid, but I have some recommendations. You can hit him as he spawns on the back or on the head without dying, just dont touch its hands. Also, to kill it, I personally wouldn't recommend making him use the spear each time as the attacks are usually not that hard to dodge. Most "good" players do the same ,as waiting for the spear EACH time can be pretty time consuming. Most players also choose to refill when he is in the defensive stage which guarantees safety and doesnt really change ur time and doesnt regen his health. A recommendation for you is to use both hooks as i saw you sometimes miss ur attacks between his legs. Other than that great vid!
The hammer swing makes this impossible now hitboxes are too big his close range hammer swing is too frequent to do this I tried half the things you did in this vid all installed kills just touching the front is an intsakill and your more likely to be phased into the character
@@connormcdaniel3584I just tried today, and you can attack from the front as long as your body goes past the legs after hitting, and you escape by continuing on out the back. If you collide with his shins, then yeah, you’re dead, but otherwise you can just swing from the side to hit and keep going.
@@cassusgames literally just get poked with a hammer at Mach 1 or he grabs me the fact that the hit box is so big makes up for how bad the a I is and to beat it just fly by every so often and boo it’s head I don’t know if your just playing on weaker settings but definitely do castle for close refills
@@connormcdaniel3584 are you playing on hardcore? I soloed him yesterday by just baiting hits, getting the ankles/shins, and escaping immediately after getting a hit in.
Tips from a discord player the time between phases are infinite meaning you have infinite time to kill the crystal some of the speed runners do it like that they kill one phase reload phase reload etc also with the new update is the new damage system where speed gives the most damage so boost at his parts while double grappling for most damage and for spear just be in the air and boost away as he throws it and if you get too close when he throws you’ll automatically die so go slay some titans and have fun!
Great kill! I'd like to offer a small tip (Although it's more of a personal preference): Attacking the top of the head and back of the neck are both great ways to deal high damage. Not necessarily a proven strategy but I do the most damage that way.

YOU CAN FIND THEM AROUND THE MAP THEY LOOK LIKE ODM GEAR LEANING AGAINST A WALL OR TREE OR ANYTHING. PUT BOTH YOUR HANDS INTO IT UNTILL IT REFILLS
I’ve been thinking about making a private game in aoq and posting the password on my community tab. I think I’m gonna do that next monday the 10th and anyone that wants to play can join
I think you just need to update I use quest 2 too. Download attack on quest again and keep your old attack on quest file too. When you put the new one in it should automatically find your files and update while keeping your game stats and data. Let me know if that helps

You can also piano your blades to get 2 separate hits, thought the second hit is usually 200 attack less.

I recommend you get height then boost at the eyes it’s a safest spot for the legs the arm can kill you and the weapon of the phase will kill you
