When I ran my companies plasma unit, a 65 amp manual model, it wasn't unusual to replace the nozzle and electrode every day. A lot of this depended on what I was cutting and how much of it that I was cutting. I wish that at the time, I could have watched these videos fro Hypertherm. It would have made the learning curve less steep.
