    Great videos. But isn't the area of (1) No.4 bar 0.2in^2....

      Yes! But there are two legs of the stirrup that will cross a shear crack. This means the crack would fracture two bars and so you multiply the area by 2. I think I talk about that in another video.

      @@TylerLey you used 0.4in2/bar in the video. It should be 0.2in2/bar for #4
