VAN HUNT City Winery Washington DC August 12 2019

About a week ago I messaged Van and asked him how much I'd have to bribe him to cover 'Fopp' by Ohio Players at the DC show (1. Because the song f**king rules and 2. Because I wanted to hear him nail the high notes in the chorus haha) which I thought he might consider since they're from his hometown of Dayton OH. He said no bribe was necessary and that he learned guitar from Sugarfoot's lines but the conversation didn't go any further than that so I was f**king shocked when he actually played it mid-set tonight haha Thank you sir!
