I was raised Catholic, and I give a progressive Franciscan priest credit for helping me take the first steps to deconstruction. I suppose that for a Protestant, Catholicism might be a first step.
I hope all of our friends of all faiths will one day see the enlightenment and liberation of faithlessness.

Now that you’re so liberated, perhaps you can enlighten us on how the universe came into existence? Scientifically, it is impossible for something to be created from nothing. What outside of time, space, matter and energy caused time, space, matter and energy to come into existence? Surely you must have a coherent answer to this to replace your previous one. If you’re wrong, you might spend all eternity in torment separated from God. If you were a knowledgeable Catholic you would know that God doesn’t put you in hell. You put yourself there by rejecting Him.
