Celery is amazing for stocks! Eating raw leafs maybe a bit too intense, because they are kind of tough and very fragrant.

Pro tip on celery from a celery stick hater:
Cube it up in small pieces. It freezes great and you can add it to soups casseroles etc and will not notice it's there but it add a lot of great flavor. I make huge batches of holy trinity (green bell peppers onions and celery) to keep in my freezer to give me a Jumpstart on meals.

Beautiful harvest. A pesto with the chives and some of the tender parts of the chard to toss onto the yellow beans. Not a huge fan of raw celery myself but I’m thinking a relish type topping with the cucumbers and peppers may be a good idea to sneak that in- definitely use the celery leaves too. Hope these help👍🏽

I don’t know what preservation methods you use, but if you don’t like raw celery, you can dehydrate it in slices to blend with some salt, or keep on hand to add to soups as a base with onion and carrot. Or juice it and add it to a green smoothie.

Celery is one of those crops that needs assistance to produce an enjoyable experience. Due to its bitter nature it’s ideal to blanch it by voiding it of sunlight. Often times blanching can last two weeks on its own but can be quicker. . Blanching allows the plant to send its energy back into the roots and results in less of the bitterness. There is a process that allows for the best possible outcome. We just have to be open and willing to find it. But if you find your celery inedible, try that.

This is something I have experienced myself and believe me,it was really effective.
Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside.
Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same.
The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree. When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apaurt from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process.
So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles
