Intimate relationships have a life cycle with an expiration date, the secret to lasting is “both” people need to add the spices to extend the duration together.
This was a great conversation ❤

Good relationships are about growing together because people change throughout life. Being best friends with you lover is one of the secrets to our over 40 year relationship. Also forgiveness is key because we all mess up sometimes but it can't be messing up all the time. My book The Path of Love and Light has a big section on ways to have a successful relationship. Thanks for your podcasts!

The challenges to any relationship between human beings begin with the individual's ego. We are taught from childhood by our parents and other relationships to want, need, desire, and expect something from others in order to have a relationship. This is conditional love where we say to ourselves, "I love you as long as you look a certain way, or make enough money to take care of me the way I want, etc...". If we don't get what we want or these desires are not met, we no longer feel love for this person. But if instead, we can look at the person we are in a relationship with as a being with flaws and challenges but still care for them that is true love and will be a stronger foundation to a wholesome relationship.

Danica's Egyptian Style Necklace is very understated and elegant---she is drawn to wearing it, imho, as she is a very old , mature soul and lightworker with an Egyptian heritage ( as noted in a prior episode) She is actively playing an important role and function during this supremely important time of Earth transformation into a new paradigm....Egypt played a very important and eventful role in one of her many prior incarnations and influenced her countenance during these in-depth interviews with leading thought leaders in their worldly pursuits ......Excellent!

Some pearls of this fantstic podcast:
-"Women often go to their men, with their complaints about the men and emasculating them over and over and over again...
who they're defeated ...and they feel defeated" I´ve felt this soo many times, the girls complaining about us, which is a huge contradiction and irony!! How does she expect to find solutions or solace in my company if she comes with this excrutuiating biass??
-"...now people are like searching for the one and they want this person
perfect person to check all the boxes and meet all their needs it's impossible to meet each other's needs all the time"
-"... if your pattern is to only be attracted to
people who abuse you, in one form or another, the chemistry that you're having
with people, is a result of your trauma"
So many pearls and wisdom here!!
    So much blessings!!

She's so point on...I with my ex-husband share a daughter and we coparent really well. However we were never friends, nor did we love each other but yes we are good people, just not good with and for each other as a couple...and yet as extended family members as coparents, we have each evolved wonderfully, including our daughter, who is such a brilliant person.
I completely agree, we all evolve and grow and so does our relationship, its not a dead static entity, at times together and at times separately from one another...and therefore if one wants to make it work, one has to put in work of connecting, of sharing, of listening, of revealing, of embracing and even keep auditing the relationship every year or two, to see if our values, our intentions, personally and interpersonally still are in alignment...and funnily enough I had mentioned this to my friend, a couple of years back and they had said, "if that's the case, I'll not find anyone" and if that be the case, it's such a sad reality of our relationships, where we'd prefer to remain stuck and stagnant rather than put in the work and keep it alive.

Hey Danica loved this podcast. Jillian is very informative. And so are you. Been following you career for a while and have been listening to your podcast's. Enjoying the content of them. Is it just me or with time you have gotten more humorous, intellectual and of course more beautiful. By the way I write poetry for a hobby, and I usually write a poem from some inspiration. Something I read or hear or observe. Well observing you and listening to you for I don't know how many years now inspired me to write a poem for you. Been trying to figure out how to get it to you for your eyes only. But don't know how to go about that. Well let me know about the poem because it would be an honor for me to have you read the poem, someone that I look up to. Ok take care there Danica, and just keep, just keep being you.

I also believe some people resonate higher then others or once they are comfortable in the relationship their frequency can change or stay on a lower frequency if they are not creating progress leaving one person resonating higher then the other this can fall into emotions, communication and much more higher frequency people resonate with higher frequency people lower frequency people resonate with lower you can't put a high and lower together both frequency lines will go in opposite direction creating a static of chaos

Making the bed is good for the mind… Just like walking into a clean room create a sense of harmony… In feng shui harmonization is a big element if not the whole thing, so making the bed doesn’t need to be about perfectionism, it can be about feeling a sense of harmony and peace.

Always someone interesting on Danica's podcast. Best podcast to listen on my commute to and from work. It makes my commute pass very quickly. Would love to feature in here and share my personal journey from an Alpha Male miserable and grumpy person to the happy and pure Divine Feminine Lady. How I have overcome all my challenges through resilience, meditation, spiritual tools, positive affirmation and sheer will power. Learn to love yourself first, protect yourself from nay sayers and toxic people and you would attract pure love, health and happiness. As my favourite Louise Hay's quote goes: 'I deserve the best and I accept the best now'. Lots of love and blessings from the UK 😊

Sorry to say this but your idea about love and relationships is just bullshit. You say loyalty to yourself, but it’s the loyalty to the other person that carries a relationship. We are required to earn trust. It’s not given. You stay and work on your relationship which means working on yourself. Your partner should point out the relationship’s problems. How else can it be fixed if it’s not identified.

Heal alone with God in stillness silence and solitude so u can hear his voice. That is ur intuition. Build that relationship first. Become ur higher self then attract the one. Love and trust in source and infinite intelligence is the answer within all answers. Oddly enough this is when things start to become really simple. This eliminates needs from another person which eliminates codependency and meeting eachothers needs no longer really exists. It becomes a union of sharing and growth. The whole dynamic now shifts and the core codependency issues disappear.
