Going to panels is fun, but if you have a baby, you need to prioritize them over that fun. It's not good for the kid and it's disrespecfful to the audience/VAs/interviewer. A room full of people and microphones isn't a place for a baby. You're gonna have to miss out on doing some things if you bring a child along, it's a responsibility.
