    Someone should call the police and the firefighters, cause this workout is a killer and a burner workout hahaha congrats and thanks again for one more great workout. My "yoga block" was a 4kg ankle weights haha it made the workout even harder on those inner thigh squeezes, but I'm up to the challenge. Now I'm jumping in a yoga practice to stretch and complete my fitness commitment for the day
