my first somatic yoga I was so relaxed 3/4 way through and could have fallen asleep at the end. Your explaining was so easy to understand I was able to keep my eyes closed most of the time without lookong at the screen. I loved the how the moves flowed beautifully together with movement all the way through not stretch poses. Thankyou 🎉

I used to go to Pilates studio for classes pre-covid. It was very expensive and good. I'm hooked on RUclips since the lockdown and I just need to say you are an AMAZING instructor. Is the size of the yoga blocks important? What are the dimensions of your yoga blocks and what size do you recommend for someone who is 5 ft 8" to 5 ft 9" tall?
Most yoga blocks come in a standard size which is around 9x6x3 and this size is generally recommended for everyone. My classes use standard size yoga blocks.
