Realy think carbide blades for reciprocating saws are over kill you only use roughly 1 inchbof the blade and the blades are thicker causing more stress on the machine when a bi metal or cobolt cust just as fast at 1-10th the price
Never had a cordless rep. Saw that was this massive and well build like the GSA 32.
Even if its allready 5 years old and a bit weak compared to last gen sawzalls it is still a tank that will outlast most competition brands.
The huge drawback is the design. I know fire fighters designed it and it is an great cutter in odd positions but compared to the standart form it gets very head heavy and bottom and over head cuts are difficult
I am sorry, I have to strongly disagree, on 13.02.2022, I was using Bosch certified rescue carbide blades to attempt to extricate a driver from an overturned tractor trailer 23 kn West of Kasi, on the Xayboury road, in the Laos PDR. These blades failed completely and were useless after 3 cuts. If someone's life depends on it, stick with Diablo, for PR videos you can use Bosch
