    Excellent coverage of a great weekend,we attended on a damp saturday with our B1 "Roedeer"but had to leave early due to a problem at home,we managed to video a bit of the action this has been uploaded on youtube as well today, have a look.Thanks for sharing your video with us.Chris.

    Excellent video. I just sat and watched in admiration! I appreciated the lack of commentary or music - just enjoying the sound of the trains, the locos working away. I particularly liked the sound effects of the short wheel base wagons passing over the bridge on the goods train. Oh the memories! Thank you. I must visit one day.

      It seems you liked the video Mathew but I think you're missing the point and should read the write up. This is in fact 7.1/4 (7.25) guage and by 'Standard Guage' it refers to the fact that loco's are scale replica's of those which operate(d) on the standard guage network of Britains Railways and the gala weekend is dedicated to running them.
