The fact this started with the drum intro to Painkiller really threw me off.
Kinda sux theu didnt cover it too
@@solidsk8er Yeah, but I doubt Draiman could get up there with his voice lol
Disturbed vs three days grace judas priest battle
@@TheBassManJeff idk Draiman is really good live!
Yeah considering David started having throat issues after the TTF tour, I doubt he could be able to do it.
That intro was the best switcheroo I have ever heard!
I still want to hear Disturbed perform Painkiller in its entirety!
Who's with me?!?!?
I also do but i highly doubt dave has a vocal range that high. Although it would be cool and i’d love it
@@bob_b9349 to be fair, Dave’s vocal range has certainly improved from when Disturbed first started. That being said, I agree with you. I don’t think Draiman is ready to take on Painkiller quite yet.
@@eslwgpg1226 Yea don’t get me wrong i love dave’s vocals but i’d like to see him try to do it. It’s be cool.
@@bob_b9349
Yeah, Draiman is a great singer, but I don't think he can sing that high.
Saxon did the same Painkiller intro when they covered You've got Another Thing Coming for one of the two Judas Priest tribute CDs back in the late 90s (If I remember correctly).
Esta fué la primera banda de rock que escuché, que buena infancia, que buena adolescencia. ❤😢
My second favorite Disturbed cover behind The Sound of Silence.
Than you for your love and support we wouldn’t have made it this far without you💛..Send us a private mail contactusdisturbed@gmail.com
Completely agree, Michael
Really? I thought Land of Confusion is still their best cover.
No one remembers shout 2000 is a cover???
@@thegunnshow0970 yes I remember. That's a helluva cover too.
Plot Twist: these songs were to be released on the day the album came out, but as their internet is bad, it was only released today
Disturbed sounds unbelievable live. Very impressive.
It’s nice to hear John’s bass so clearly in this track
Disturbed does the best covers.
Love their Land of confusion.
To all the guys from disturbed, thank you for kicking ass and keeping my ears happy
Never gonna get over that drum solo in the beginning. Just awesome.
That's the iconic drum intro to the legendary song Painkiller by the Metal Gods, Judas Priest.
This cover single handedly convinced me to buy The Lost Children CD so I could have this song off RUclips.
Have I missed something? Just seen a load of disturbed songs posted on RUclips and didn't even know they had covered this one

I want a Disturbed album that is comprised of Judas Priest covers
Breaking the law breaking the law!
The Green Manalishi (..With the Two Prong Crown) !! 🤘👹👍
Great cover. I enjoy when Disturbed throws in the occasional cover. Rocks.

Upon seeing the massive wall in my subfeed, I noticed there were a few songs that weren't on the album CDs I bought so I'd completely missed them for years. A welcome discovery.
Love this cover. It compliments the original so nicely. Some covers out shine the original, other covers are so bad that they can make you want to even go so far as to put the original back on the shelf for a while lol.
This is one of the few songs I'll set my truck radio to 100% volume, and by the end of the song I'm losing my voice.
Priest has to be honored! Love your honesty when approaching a "cover".. you truly make it yours..☮️💯
Showing my age here, but do a cover of Jerry Reeds Eastbound and Down! I know there’s gotta be some Smokey and the Bandit fans out there!!
Than you for your love and support we wouldn’t have made it this far without you💛..Send us a private mail contactusdisturbed@gmail.com
Gotta love it guys...Almost though Rob was singing there at the beginning...
Didn't even know they covered this song 🤘😜

My parents know this song because it’s a cover by, Judas Priest & I didn’t know until they told me about it!! LOL!!
Has a feeling of the original, but with the power of modern metal! 🤘
See I see it differently I think it has the power of the old school metal when this song came out in the early eighties that was the start of the whole '80s metal ever you look at bands like Judas priest iron maiden Krocus, wasp, etc. And I don't mean this in any way disrespectfully to disturb they are truly one of my top five bands and have been since they first came out in the late nineties.
Il meglio dell'heavy metal, che ha solcato la storia, a partire da oltre 40 anni fa; R.Halford non in una fase eccelsa.
Best Disturbed album as of yet!
Judas Priest version is good. But I like this version a lot better!
They do an an excellent job. Really excellent.

Indeed my good sir
Awesome..bring back the old school music!

I know we need a Rock revival where it's all over the place like it used to be back in the 80s and into the 90s enough of this f****** same old same old crap that we hear everyday
Didn't expect this tbh but this is amazing!!
I think this is equal to the Judas priest version little bit different but still on point still keeping faithful to the original
You will find inner peace when you realize that the Donna's cover frickin' destroys Disturbed's cover of this classic Priest tune.
This cover is almost a parody.
The Donna absolutely blow the roof though, I agree.
In my opinion Draiman's voice brings much more power to the song
@ Nobody bests Rob Halford
no lol
Damn didnt know this one existed, what a great cover
Not bias to my favorite heavy metal band, but Disturbed makes the sickest covers!
One of their best cover songs
thanks for uploading them to youtube cheers from Neuquén Argentina!
Damn that started out with the drum intro 2 painkiller not fukn bad
Who else wants a Disturbed cover of Honky Tonk Women?
How stupid you must be to think this version is not better than the original . David schooled Rob in every part of this song in every possible way. David is a vocal master.
Have never heard anyone but jp. This is rad.
I downloaded all of their albums a week or two ago and these started popping up around the same time lol

This is the best thing ever
Sounds like Van Halen and Mr. Big
Офигенный кавер на Judas Priest🤘🎸
Second. Didn't expect Disturbed to upload something from an almost decade-old album.
Maybe because the track/album is 40 years old ...Tribute an all that
@@spudzilla66 Bro
Linkin Park does the same thing and no one complains about it
Hey Disturbed if you're reading this what do you think about a cover of metal health? That started the whole onslaught of the metal scene no one's redone it for those of us old enough to remember we still wake up and tap our feet like crazy head banging etc. I think you guys would do the song proud and of course the memory of Kevin and Quiet riot. Thank you for delivering year after year I started following you guys in the late 90s and you've kept hope alive of rock music to come back strong
Im pretty sure thats quiet riot if im not mistakened. I personally wasn’t alive when the song came out but my dad introduced me to it and it kicked ass. I still love that song to this day.
@@bob_b9349 yeah great song it was probably the first metal song I have a lights when I was just a kid the video was crazy my mom's like what exactly are you watching. Lol definitely Quiet Riot you correct I would love a Disturbed cover of that
Not a bad cover. I don't know if it really adds anything to the song. I guess it's fine to re-pitch the song to a new generation.
Freakin lovin it. Disturbed Rocks Again. Rock on!!!!!
Bad to the damn bone. Oh hell yeah.
never heard a bad cover by disturbed
They'd be better served if they played "Painkiller"

The Bollocks , I’m a man of few words.
O começo lembra um pouco a introdução de painkiller.
sim, é a intro da painkiller mesmo kkk
Pois é, os caras foram sacanas com essa intro
I bought the EP of this and I love it still
As good as the original! FTW!

one of my favourite
Dos caraleos musica boa da porra! 2022
Nice version, but the original version with the Metal god Robert Halford is ❤
Sorry guys.
They can't own every cover they do.

Great cover
This was a great cover, but why the drum intro from Painkiller? I initially thought this was going to be some awkward medley.
Its so fucking loud, and I fucking love it!!
This is 🔥🔥🔥
I TOUGHT THIS WAS A PAINKILLER COVER YOU PRANKSTERS!😂😂😂😂😂😂 lol great song though
Than you for your love and support we wouldn’t have made it this far without you💛..Send us a private mail contactusdisturbed@gmail.com
That was painkiller on the drums at the beginning...tf?
Nice cover
Judas priest is better but this is good too
Wow wow wow, rocking!
PAINKILLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🤘❤️
Nice painkiller intro but god damn did you guys obliterate this song fucking awesome cover
Super 😁
Love you guys but there's only one preist
Better than the original. David killed Rob. David's version has a fucking soul.
Uh, no. He did good, but no metal singer can touch Rob Halford, except maybe Geoff Tate and Phil Anselmo in their prime.
UUUHH YES HELL YES . THIS IS ANOTHER LEVEL VERSION SORRY
@@andreaserblin3205
No it's not. It's a pretty good version and David Draiman is a very good singer, but he's not close to as good as Rob in his prime and he'd tell you that himself - Rob's phrasing and vocal dynamics on this song are on another level than Draiman. You obviously haven't heard much Priest material from 1977 to 1984, because Rob's voice was untouchable during those years.
This version is a proof that you talk too much without any sense. Draiman can kick Rob's ass on Painkiller if you want. David can scream so much more than him.
David is a vocal master. He schooled Rob in every part of this song in every possible way. I will not even talk about end. Rob couldn't even imagine to sing like that.
thank you kindly
Its not the best in my opinion but the painkiller intro was pretty good but i just prefer the classics yk soz 🤘
Very nice
Temaikén
Nice
Why would you intro painkiller and not go into painkiller? I would much rather hear disturbed play painkiller than living after midnight.
Than you for your love and support we wouldn’t have made it this far without you💛..Send us a private mail contactusdisturbed@gmail.com
People, the end of this song. JUST LISTEN THAT SCREAM. Rob couldn't even imagine to sing like that.
Mike Wengren knew exactly what he was doing with that intro and dick move bro
🤔🥳 HOPPÁ!😊 NO CSAK?🥳🤔🤘✌️❤️🤍💚
Not bad, but NOTHING like the original from Priest. NO MAN in music can top Rob Halford's 4 & 1/2 octave voice..and Halford still has most of his range at almost 70y/o. I Don't Care much for the ending on this remake.
wa a a a
😳😳😳🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍👍👍🙏
Judas priest
I would rather buy a JP album.
First 😋
Sorry but this is JP’s lamest song - why bother?
Blasphemy.
