beautiful tree! thanks for your video. has it grown taller and wider since? i've an 18 month old one and it is growing like crazy. the leaves and bark are so pretty.
What kind of plant caddy do u use for 40 gallon containers and also where to get the 40 gallon containers from? Also will the depth of 25 gallon planters be enough for growing regular guava and fig plants ?
Hi, they no longer make the forty gallon containers. I make my own dollies for my large container grown trees. I used to buy four douglas fir and heavy-duty dollies you can all get from Home Depot. 25 gallons have nothing to do with depth. You could have a very wide twenty-five gallon container, but it's very short. The debt should be at least 24" or more. Stick with dwarf variety trees. Then you can grow them in half wine barrels or smaller containers up to twenty to twenty five gallons. Standard trees do not belong in containers unless you have the experience once again
@@elderyehudahwatchmanoftheg8425 thank you for the quick response, I am growing semi dwarf and dwarf trees so far in containers since last 4 years. So wanted to change the pots right now I have the 24 inch wide and 20 inch tall planter pots.
@@elderyehudahwatchmanoftheg8425 also do u have any videos how you made those dollies or links as what kind of wood you used for making your plant follies and also the wheels where you got it from ? Any links would be appreciated 🙏🏻
@@elderyehudahwatchmanoftheg8425 I looked out for some 45 gallon planter pots but the dimensions are 30in Wide and 20 inch tall, would that be enough for a dwarf fig variety, I got one grafted black mission fig which the seller said will grow max for 7-8 ft. Also I do have regular tropical white guava which I am planning to grow in container will the 45 gallon be good for it too.
You are welcome, Remember you still may be able to grow them. growers are always discovering and growing similar varieties that cold hardy to your specific zone. Please do your research and never give up okay. If you can and there's a way, than go for it. If you can't , than that's okay
What a great series!! I love the fruit trees and the information you share. Thank you

Yes it does!
Hi, great video, i have a small Strawberry Guava in a 21 gallons containers could it work ?
if it is a dwarf, no problem. If it's a standard, than that container will be temporary
Shalawam Elder, That tree is beautiful. Your trees in containers look better than ,out peoples trees in the ground.

Thank you so much for this! I am in Canada and don’t have a greenhouse yet, so some of these tropical plants I am not able to grow. 🙏🏽
