Going to go look at a 22 today. Used with 475 miles. Go figure. 5.3 without the park assist, foldable tail gate, or electric steps. I figure most 6.2's will have those options loaded into the build from Chevy where as the 5.3 they will be optional? Who knows. Did find out that the foldable tail gate does not have auto lift. Still like it better with the bow tie emblem. Standard tailgate has Chevrolet embossed in the tailgate. Cherry red. Still somewhat concerned about the 10 speed. My 18 6 speed is fine. The 22 has the AFM delete from Chevy. Chevy realized that was a big screw up. Got to take my AFM delete dongle off before I trade in the 18. Great review. Appreciate it.

I've been a Toyota/Lexus guy almost my entire adult life and drove a '23 Toyota Tundra a few weeks ago just to see if it could handle my (maybe) future plans. As expected, it's LUX and one thing Toyota did to even up the game more is to add an additional thigh lift feature in the seat to relieve the pressure on long drives. The V6 hybrid is predictably super peppy and the back up cam and mirror as well as the digital display rivals Tesla. The tailgate has an auto feature so you don't have to manually open it and it has a full moon roof. The biggest downside for me is that it doesn't have the weight capacity I would need for a super tough, 4 season slide in or built on camper system. I watched a video of an amazing custom built camper and the owner who was interviewed said he had been a life long Ford guy until they made changes that makes them spend more time in the shop than on the road so he choose a max Chevy for his build out.
