- We recently had an enjoyable weekend camp at one of our local State Parks called Big Lagoon State Park. This is a beautiful and quiet park and campground located on the water that offers up day use beaches, picnics pavilions, a boat ramp, hiking trails and an observation tower. It's also a great place for kayakers as well. This was a 3 day camp for us and we planned to cook us up some delicious seafood so we'll have three videos, one for each day. Day 3 video will feature a drive -through of the park and show its features they have to offer guests. I remember you smoking the crab legs on a video like 1-2 years ago. Boy that looks great!
I am not a crab leg fan but my wife loves them. I am going to pick some up next week at Costco and give smoking them a try. They look delicious that’s for sure. The camp sites look really nice too and even though you can still see the neighbor on the one side, at least you have vegetation to help separate each site.

We usually go to Rocky Bayou each year in January. But it's closed for construction. So we forced to go to Big Lagoon in this coming January. We always go to Joe Patty's and get our seafood for the year. I get 5-6 pounds of each. I can't wait to go there again this coming January.
I definitely need to try that, smoking some opilio and king crab legs.

I was using the original size PB in this video and for this camp. When we travel long distance I take and use the PBJ.
