The polyphonic ringtones are made with the Creative Sound Blaster 16 soundcard most of the personal computers with Microsoft Windows in the 90's had. Probably the Samsung SGH phones from the early 2000s like this device had a SoundBlaster 16 soundchip that had been made by Creative. It really sound like the old Windows 3.1 computers with SoundBlaster 16.

@@SAMSUNGConnectingPeople228 than had the soundcards of 90's computer exactly the same sound chip for MIDI music. It really is a SoundBlaster 16 soundchip. Probably Creative must have been worked together with Yamaha for developing the sound chips. Man I really miss that time of the old Windows 3.1 and 95/98 computers and this kind of mobile phones.
