I have a chronic illness, I’m often extremely sick and bed ridden. Every single time I feel that way I listen to this and it makes me tear up because I genuinely feel valid and cared for, I feel encouraged that I will get better and how I’m feeling will pass. This video is an absolute godsend for me. Thank you Latte. This is the one video that will relax me enough to fall asleep when I feel so ill.

I've had the worst week ever. My grandmother passed on Wednesday, then my grandfather and mother came down with covid, and now my dad has a stomach bug and I'm taking care of everyone and doing a lot of the funeral planning. This is the first time since Wednesday that I've had a few minutes to myself and Latte, this video helped SO much! Thank you for being a ray of sunlight in a very dark time. Keep being amazing!

I'm sick with a very bad cold right now and i cant tell you how much this has helped me. I went from waking up in the middle of the night, crying because I feel so ill, to being able to relax enough to fall back asleep. This is the one asmr video that I have consistently gone back to anytime i need comforting, whether I'm sick or not, for the last 2 years.

I just come back to this video every so often, mostly when I'm sick. Where I am again, and every time I feel such comfort, it's amazing that someone who's a total stranger to me has helped so many times. The videos are really well thought and produced, yet what makes them so special is Latte's way of speaking, her words choices, her voice, and how delicate and soft all of those are. Are you saying that because Australia is in the Southern Hemisphere? Haha. I’m Australian so I can confirm that is not how it works. In fact, did you know, what we call the South Pole is actually the North Pole of the earth’s magnetic field? Weird right?
I remember being a huge Latte fan back in middle school. instead of doing my online homework, i would spend my time watching her videos😭💗

This really helped. I'm staying at the college dorms, and I don't have a roommate. And I'm seriously afraid of the dark. I almost go into a panic being alone in the dark at times. I feel like I can't breathe or move. I have to have some sort of light.
And listening to this last night, helped me fall asleep. *I really loved this so much.* It was nice and it was so adorable too.

@@pamelaroy8007 Yeah. I wanted one of those, or one of those rocks that light up. But my sister said that I'd probably freak out with any shapes it would make. And I actually think I would. So I have a small round battery light it has a button on the middle to turn on. It works well, though the downside is that the battery runs out fast so I have to change them at least once a week since I leave the light on all night long until I wake up.
And during the day when I take a nap, I slightly open the curtain and let some sunlight come through so I can turn off the room light.
Though I really think a lava lamp would have been really cool to have. I'd be all focusing on it all night to see the colors and the shapes change, maybe.
@Scor x I feel you there. It's terrifying being alone in the dark. Especially when it's in an enclosed place. Feels like being trapped in total darkness with no way out.

14.) Latte takes *HOURS* out of her day sometimes just to film, edit, and post videos for us. Also, her normal videos are 45 minutes to and hour long (on average) and sometimes the special videos are even up to an hour and a half which is really long compared to most ASMRtists, which only do 30 mins videos normally. Latte truly does care for us, our sleep, and even our mental health. Latte doesn’t even use a green screen and who knows how much money all of the props and decorations in the room were/are. She is dedicating her time and probably some money to us. We should all be extremely grateful for her! 😘 (Thank you @Bizzy Lizzy ) (Also, I typed that word for word. I dont have a laptop so i cant copy-paste things as easy so i type everything using my ipads keyboard which isnt fast and easy)

I come back to this video over and over for the steamer specifically. It reminds me of the cold mornings waking up for school and putting the blanket over the vent in the floor and getting dressed in my tent of warmth before walking to the bus in the snow. I don't know why but it's so relaxing.
