I ran away from my house 11 years ago after my graduation and a collection of 500rs. My mother saw me runng d and tried to catch me but somehow I made it. I went to another city, worked hard, joined frankfinn airhostess training institute and after one year, did my first interview in Delhi at a 5 star hotel for a telecaller. I had to speak on beauty for 5 minutes and I ran out of words after 1 minute. I was rejected and it broke my confidence. That day I promised myself that this is the last rejection of my life and now I will reject the companies and decided where I have to join. I stood in front of the mirror, started talking to my self, Googled all the possible interview questions. Noted them down with multiple answers. After 2 months I went to Radisson NBD sector 18 and gave my interview. The HR was so impressed that they told me to join next day. I joined as a Hostess at 9k salary and left afyer 6 months. Called mother after 2.1 year, I remeber she said, who, I said it's me, she replied ohhh... You're alive, I thought you're dead... After 2 months I visited My family, and helped them in business. But I was again not treated well. After 5 months of giving my ass from 7am to 7pm I got no recognition. I left them again a d came to Delhi. This tym with the increase of 4k salary at Leela hotel chanakyapuri and left again afyer 6 months. Joined Hyatt worked for 1.5 year and left due to my self respect. Joined call center worked for a year and left. Joined ShopClues worked 1.5 year and left, as I got a job in Dubai. Worked for 9 months and they kicked me out due to politics. Found a man, got married. Passed over covid tym, and now starting my own business. I sit and think, what if I had not left my house that day, what my life would have been? Being from a very small town, I would have got married to an egoistic man at 21, with children at 22 or maybe more. Praising my in-laws, moping the floor, washing dirty cloths of the family. Cooking, feeding children. And no recognition, coz its a women job.... Right. And one more thing, I gave appx 37 interviews, including on call, face to face and computerized, but no failure. The one, I had lost at first, and another in Dubai.....
Never loose faith, never look back. If you know you on the right track, everybody will accept you. You got no problem. It's the world's problem. Who want to pull your leg down, coz they didn't achieve anything. Now, my family lost the house, the business due to unavoidable issues and dependant on us. God is taking care of them through us. And by God's grace I'm extremely peaceful in my life.....
