Mine averages 9 Lt/100 at that speed not towing and is doing around 2000 rpm, cruise control is rock steady on most highway terrain but will slow on steep hills or run away slightly down steep hills. Wind and road noise is pretty low for a 4wd and it soaks up pot holes but does wallow a little on roads that have transverse height variance (humps n dips) ;) For the price I am very happy with it, time will tell how long all the electronics will last on the exceed, I chose the base model because I don't need all the fancy stuff the top model has.
I used to be a a big fan of Mitsubishi and loved my year 2000 Galant Viento. This is just gaudy!

Beutiful car love to no how low the engine ticks over at 110km/h with a 8 speed.
