I am assuming you mean how to stop the pile of the towel poking through your lettering. Do you have Designer Plus or the Creator level software?

I’ve had this software from the beginning and kept up all of the upgrades but I have been out of all embroidery for nearly 10 years due to my husbands illness and passing. Ready to relearn everything

Hi, I already have a video about the knock down stitch for pile fabrics here ruclips.net/video/oV3zRZ0RQo8/видео.html It was done in version 8 but works just as well in version 9. Hopefully that is what you mean. If not please get back to me. Cheers Carol
