alr so if your IV is weight then you change the weight by a certain increment (number) each time for as many trials as youre doing, for example, it can go from 2.5kg to 5kg to 7.5kg to 10kg etc... if it was height then 20cm to 40cm to 60cm to 80 cm etc... its supposed to be smth related to the DV so u can actually record something useful, hope this helps bro
