Sage Sharabhanga, with his sixth sense came to know that Vishnu is coming this way and will become his dear guest. He thus is obliged to receive Rama in his hermitage. It is his first priority than escaping to Brahma's abode. The sage could travel to Brahma's heavens and he can go there anytime. But seeing Rama,in a human incarnate, with his own human eyes is quite important to that Sage. Secondly, ascending to heavens with mortal body is an impracticable affair. Hence the mortal body is to be cast off here only. If that mortal body is cast off, as per the request of Indra, the sage's mortal eyes cannot see Rama, hence he keep waitinb for him.
Loved the conversation between Sharbhanga Rishi and Ram.One could clearly see empathy and compassion etched on Ram's face.
How could makers of previous adaptations portrayed Ram as someone who has no emotions or someone who is above emotions when VR portrays exactly opposite to that.

A Rishi who was fighting death just to see Lord Vishnu even when presented by temptation multiple times.So how strong minded that Rishi is who believes in bhakti (.The way how he tells his physical and mental anguish .By the waythis sage doesn't tell the address of Agasthya .
Vishnu is said to have instructed all the divinities to not to talk to him during his human incarnation on earth as Rama. If any divine being comes into direct contact and conducts a dialogue, Rama's identity as Vishnu is revealed, and Ravana will apprehend that and then revokes his boon of not to be killed by any divine being. As long as Ravana believes Rama to be a human being, so long he dares any human to confront, because he slighted humans when seeking his boon. Ravana can be ended only by Rama, but not by others. Hence, Indra departed from there before the arrival of Rama.
Shree Ram's devotees or people who love him (just like him) go through a lot of physical and mental agony for many years to just get his glimpse and blessings.Their lives are similar to Ram.Be it Sharbhanga rishi,Shabri ,Kaushalya ( after he goes to forest),Seeta( after Kidnapping),Bharat ( during exile),they all wait for him thirstily..

Yes,looking divine physically but still who is human.I guess Vishnu asks yogmaya to remove the divinity of his avatar and limit him to a mere human with all the limitations that a human has..🙂
Yes actually true,,,but even this series will start showing Ramji as stable and very less emotionally expressive except for emotion of compassion after Sita Haran....It seems TV serials me yeh limits aa jati hai....after Sita Haran Ramji ka lamentation kaafi Kam dikhaya hai, Lakshman encourages Ram in that period every now and then but not a single scene of that is shown, ShriRam ka sugreev pe anger bhi cut kar diya hai..... Actually after Sita haran they have become more idealistic for Ramji portrayal...even RS Ramayan me Arun Govil ke bhi emotional expressions dikhate the alongside ideals....but that is difference between tv and Actual text...but good this serial is very near to text in events atleast if not 100% in characterisation, events are not skipped here, that's good.

During Ramayan times this Dandak van covers areas of MP , Chattisgarh, some parts of Odisha , Jharkhand and Maharashtra, now it covers only the parts of Chattisgarh and lies in Bastar plateau , Rishi Agastya ashram is in present day chattisgarh in southern slopes of Vindhyas who suggested Shri Ram to go to Panchavati in south and spend the remaining time of their vanvas
There is a very famous Ram temple which every Telugu Hindu connects to at Bhadrachalam in Telangana . Here on the banks of river Godavari there is a Ramayana site called Parnasala. Locals refer to it as Panchavati as in VR. Parnasala or Panchavati is the place from where Ravan abducted Ma Sita. Also here there is a Shiva temple where Shri Ram prayed during his stay.
@@madhurimachaganti7018 Yes you are absolutely correct, logically too and also according to VR Panchavati is in South and is in present day Bhadrachalam which is in Telangana , Sita haran took place here and not in Nashik and it's known as Parnshala because, parn means leaves shala means hut or home hence it's Parnshala, khar dushsan war , surpankha nose cutting, sita haran took place here
@@Parushni_1995yes and it's a must visit Ramayan site in India apart from Ayodhya, Dandakaranya and Rameshwaram. Most Ramayana sites are obviously in Sri Lanka
@@madhurimachaganti7018 There are many Ramayan sites in MP too , I am from MP here we have Chitrakoot, where we can see sphatik shila, Bharat kund , Ram Bharat milap temple,gupt godavari, Hanuman Dhara also near Satna district there is Rishi Atri Ashram, Sati Anusuya Ashram , then we have many temples dedicated to Shri Ram as he crossed the entire MP to reach south, so there are many temples, also MP proposed the Ram Gaman path from Amarkantak to Chitrakoot by next year

I really love watching this serial. So far I’ve no complaints until The character Hanuman came into the story. His mouth looks funny especially when he speaks and his voice doesn’t match his physique. I humbly apologise for my comments but I really need to express my opinion. Kindly watch the very first planet of the apes . Their makeup for the human like 0:01 chimpanzees is good.
