yeah alight motion is just isnt well optimized, im suggesting you to turn on the low preview mode on the 3 lines tab at the home page. Or, get a better device xD

An easier way for the bars is to get any colored overlay you want and then go to "blending and opacity" and click on mask. Then in that selection click on the mask option an go from there! :)

When i try move the keyframes for the barrier it just stays in one position even though ive used two keyframes, if i move it on one it stays the same for both, and its the same for any object!

Excuse me , your tutorials are very helpfull but i have a question about the barriers , so let's say i want the barriers to become bigger and smaller every second and i have to repeat this action for 40 seconds , can i make the barriers loop or something like that ?

Hi, im glad to hear that :) and Yes! its possible but i do not recommend it as it will get your project messy/have many layers once you do it, since alight motion doesnt let us copy keyframes, you have to copy the barrier layer instead that has the keyframe that makes it bigger/smaller, if that makes sense.

so you basically copy n paste the barrier layer on the timeline til you stop the repeat whenever you want

i used another object to overlay the screen, which the object has effects called (Copy Background) (Fractal Warp) and (Time Displacement). Which it will apply the wavy effect. (if the settings are applied the correct way to make on those effects)
