I am old enough to remember benefiting directly from her efforts. I could not get a credit card or a loan without a man to sign for me (husband or father). This had a very detrimental effect on my entire life. I am so happy that women today don't face the same problems.
Tell your story sister while you can, to all who will listen, especially young women. The great RBG likely brought "freedom" to more people/women than Lincoln.
@@markmh835definitely did, women didn't get the right to vote until 75yrs after the end of the civil war and black womenvofficially until 1965 Voting Rights Act. Black women brought their platform to the Suffragettes(white women)and they were rejected and not able to team up or join forces with the Suffragettes.

Also, look, I'm a 25 year military veteran who has been in the medical field for over 35 years as well as an RN. I know with an exceptionally acute regard the state of our healthcare system.
