    这些酿豆腐不是水煮就是油炸,和我们家传的不一样。母亲学自上一代再传给我们的真是在大锅里慢慢酿而非水煮油炸。做好的‘豆腐’放到锅里,酿出豆腐,黄豆,铁脯等食材的鲜味🤤 那是在外边尝不到的。
