Thanks for the video. I've had mine for about 4 years sitting around since I found it at a thrift store for $23. I found a CR-5A last year for a nice price (not $23 nice, but about times ten that) so I let it sit some more. I happened upon your video last month and finally said what the hell, let me try and see if I can finally find the right belts, it was hard to find a reliable source for a while. I tackled a Sony and the CD1 all today and they both work nice. The Sony is a flip, the Nak is a keeper. Unless I decide to sell the CD1 or the CR-5.
hi over there! cool video! One question here, the value on the capacitor those blue one. On my nakamichi cassette deck 1 i only see VX (M) and under that c 85 i can't find the exact value online. can you help me on this?. have a great day over there and thanks for uploading this video! kind regards Jan from Sweden..
As I stated in the video, they are exactly the same deck with the only diiferences are the Gold plated RCA inputs/outputs and the Azimuth control in the front of the deck. The belts are the same, as the mechanism is exactly the same.
Muchas gracias. Emilio
